Made in the Old School
The traditional art in this gallery was created between 1995 and 1998 in chalk, chalk pastel, pencil, watercolor, and airbrush. I learned how to use these media from a fantastic art teacher, Gary Holmes (and earlier in middle school from Philip Nix) and studied with a great group of fellow students, some who went on to become life-long friends, who challenged me to always grow and learn and stay inspired.
